Medicine on Trial, Second Edition, is a compilation of more than 80 actual litigated cases, summarized by CAP’s General Counsel Gordon Ownby, and published in our monthly member newsletter as “Case of the Month.” Each page offers unique and fascinating insights into the experience of physicians involved in court or arbitration disputes with their patients.
